In this collection of townhouses, persistent water issues plagued each garage. Our comprehensive scope involved rebuilding seven units entirely and re-cladding an additional five. Given that this project fell under body corporate management, budget considerations were paramount. Collaborating closely with the consultant and body corporate, we meticulously managed timelines, resources, and costs. The result was a successful completion that stayed within budget and met all deadlines.
